NEW RECIPE!!! Hello Summer!  Are you feeling the heat yet? This is the time of year we start to look for refreshing, cooling foods... fresh salads, fruit, produce and yes, you guessed it, POPSICLES. 
Try this very refreshing and nourishing Blackberry Popsicle recipe that is packed with antioxidants, phytoflavinoids & nutrients like C, K, manganese & fiber.
All the deliciousness and fun without the processed sugar or colorings.  A great healthy treat on a hot summer day!
Blackberry Popsicles Recipe
2 cups Frozen Blackberries
1/3 cup Water warm
1 tsp Lemon Juice

NEW RECIPE: Peanut Butter Breakfast Square - I am a HUGE fan of nut butter, including almond, cashew and sometimes peanut. Call me old school, but I literally lived on peanut butter sandwiches when I was a kid and never grew tired of it. Back in those days, mainstream peanut butter was the way to go but did you know that despite the health benefits of nuts, not all nut butter are good for you?
