Nutritional Assessment

In your Discovery Session, we complete a full assessment of your health history, areas of concerns, dietary and lifestyle habits and health goals. In your Results Coaching Session, we will review your personalized nutritional guide and specific protocols designed for your current health status. We will address your main areas of concern, discuss any nutritional deficiencies, identify foods that will support your health and foods that compromise your health, suggest natural supplements to support your body and discuss lifestyle habits to create better balance.

Nutritional Report with Tasks, Tools, & Handouts

Comprehensive Nutritional Report reviewing your results and recommendations including dietary, supplement and lifestyle. Additional tools, strategies & handouts are included to support your health journey. Tasks are assigned to keep you on track.

Recipe Collection

A collection of recipes with key ingredients that will support your health goals. Each recipes includes nutrient break-down with images. This is a great way to direct you to healthy food choices to help you reach your health goals.

Meal Plans

Full 7-Day Personalized Meal plans are available on their own or as an add on to a coaching session. In the 12 Week Coaching Program, you receive three separate 7-Day Meal Plans over the course of your care. When a meal plan is personalized to you, it means each of the recipes is selected with specific ingredients to match your dietary and health needs, in addition to matching your lifestyle. Whatever your health goals, a meal plan is a great strategy to succeed.

Online Support

Unlimited chat support to answer any questions you may have to get you started on the right track. I'm here to support you and make sure you succeed. Personalized Online Platform

Your materials are shared through an online platform, easily accessible through your PC or through the phone app. You can monitor your individual progress by utilizing the food & lifestyle journal to monitor your progress.

Follow-up Sessions & Reassessments

During your follow up session, we will review your food journal, note any changes in your health, answer questions, discuss challenges, review supplementation and advance in your plan and introduce new protocols to work on furthering your transformation. Reassessments help us identify your progress in depth to either modify or change your nutrition protocol to continue your health journey to optimal health.
