  • First Assessment: The one-hour phone assessment is all about you! We will review your health history, discuss your current dietary patterns, address your primary health concerns and also address any questions you may have.  After our session, you will then receive your nutritional results and personalized nutritional program of care.  Your program of care will include specific nutrition protocols designed so support your current health status.  Nicole will address your main areas of concern and also note any nutritional deficiencies.  Nicole will also identify foods that will support your health and foods that compromise your health.  Natural supplements may be recommended to support your body.  Nicole will suggest lifestyle habits to create a better balance, therefore, get you back to feeling like your vibrant self again.
  • Accountability Calls: Connecting will allow us the opportunity to discuss your progress so we can continue moving forward.
  • Follow-up Assessments: We will review your nutritional scores and food journal and note any changes in your health.  I will also answer questions, discuss challenges,  and review supplementation.  We will advance in your plan and introduce new protocols to work on furthering your transformation.
  • Meal Suggestions & Recipe Collections: Your meal plans include your grocery list, healthy & delicious recipes with specially selected foods designed to match your health goals and specific health and dietary needs.
  • Unlimited DAILY Support: Unlimited online chat support to ask any questions you have and help keep you on track and accountable for your new journey.
