Healthy eating doesn’t mean deprivation! I love chocolate so this chocolate “ice cream’ is a must for all chocolate lovers and ice cream lovers. Unlike conventional ice creams, this recipe is high in healthy fats and low in sugar which is great for our keto and diabetic friends and great for those limiting their sugar consumption and focusing on whole clean foods. No preservatives in this ‘ice cream’ and it’s DAIRY FREE. Enjoyed by all!

Ingredients
- 4 medium Egg pasture-raised
- 4 egg Egg yolk pasture-raised
- 2 tsp Vanilla bean powder
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 7 tbsp Butter grass fed, unsalted
- 7 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Coconut flakes unsweetened
- 3 tbsp MCT oil
- 2 tsp MCT oil
- 5 1/2 tbsp Xylitol to taste; or erythritol or stevia
- 1/2 cup Water filtered
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder raw (optional )

Instructions
- Add first nine ingredients to a blender, and blend until soft and creamy.
- Add half of the water or ice, blend, and ice more until you get a yogurt-like consistency. Add more water for a firmer, icier texture.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and mix per manufacturer instructions.
