Being “healthy” doesn’t mean you always have to sacrifice the things you love. Replacements or modifications help us create healthy dietary lifestyles. Delicious can still be nutritious or is it nutritious can still be delicious!
Let’s cool down this weekend with some homemade, non-dairy, sugar-free, two-ingredient “ice cream”. Strawberries are in season, enjoy them fresh or freeze them up in this delicious “ice cream” treat.

- Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately as soft serve or for firmer ice cream, place in an airtight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
Recipe Notes
When you end up with over-ripe bananas sitting on your counter uneaten, simply peel, slice and freeze. They will be ready for when you crave some "ice cream"!
