This is where we begin our work together.  All new clients begin with an Initial Consultation, either as a single session or included in a coaching package.

  • Initial Consultation includes a full 60-75 minute discussion. We’ll get really clear on your health history, current health issues & goals, and determine the best course of action.
  • You will receive a 5-8 page Nutrition Plan that will include your health findings, education & explanation on how to support your health, dietary, supplement & lifestyle recommendations.  In addition you will receive educational handouts with supportive strategies and learning along with a recommended program of care.

Helpful Tip: You can book an Initial Consultation as a stand alone appointment, or in a Coaching Package.  Packages include all your program of care materials including recipes, meal plans with unlimited support and follow up sessions.

Includes an 75-90 minute Advanced Initial Consultation, Comprehensive Symptom Analysis with an 8-page Symptom Report, 5-8 page Nutrition Plan that will include your health findings, education & explanation on how to support your health, dietary, supplement & lifestyle recommendations.  In addition you will receive educational handouts with supportive strategies and learning.
  2. Packages include all the materials you need for your program of care: action steps, personalized meal planning, recipes, and/or targeted nutrition plans and tools for success. 
  3. After your initial consultation, each month includes 1 check in appointment to monitor progress and can be used at any time during the month and 1 follow up appointed scheduled at 4 weeks to review, reassess and determine next steps.
  4. Exclusive access to an online app so we can track and monitor your progress together and stay accountable.
  5. Unlimited email and chat support. I’m with you when you need me the most to answer questions and support you through any challenges and to keep you motivated! I’m in your corner 100%!
