If you have invited me over for an event/party, then you likely have asked me to bring my famous guacamole. And the reason why is because it's so darn delicious. This guacamole recipe has been in my family for 19 years, come this New Years Eve. The only change we have made to it was switching from peeling/seeding tomatoes to dicing plum/cherry tomatoes (so much easier). This year, my guacamole made another Xmas eve appearance and come New Years there will be an encore.
